Daycare and Out-of-School Care in Edmonton

Through our daycare and out-of-school care programs, we are proud to provide rich and engaging activities, supporting all aspects of children’s development. Through play, we encourage all children to learn at their own pace. But most importantly, we treat each child as an individual and respect their background, religion, and cultures.

Learning through meaningful play...

Children learn as they play. Most importantly, in play children learn how to learn. ~ O. Fred Donaldson

Infant Care: 16 Weeks to 18 Months

If we are not in tune with how babies feel and what they want from us, it can be difficult for them to learn from adults and take their cues from us later in life. So the sooner we start practicing healthy habits with babies, the better!

That is why our Infant Care program focuses on specific behaviours and abilities of this age group. It includes naps, feedings, and diapering, but we also give much attention to social interaction and exercise to ensure the children develop healthy habits and grow strong!

Toddler Care: 19 Months to 3 Years Old

There is so much going on in your toddler's development! Children at this age walk, play, learn plenty of new words and experience new and complex emotions. They even show independence!

As educators, we know that activities such as talking and listening, reading, and playing with others are essential for toddlers. That is why our Toddler Care program includes all these important activities to ensure your toddler's healthy development!

Kinder Care: 4 Years to 5 Years Old

4-5-year-olds are developing many abilities, including social skills, thinking skills, and motor skills.
At this age, kids can follow more complex directions and enthusiastically talk about things they do.

4-year-olds are also learning a lot about making friends. They are getting better at cooperating and being mindful of the emotions of others.

As we know that kids learn more through interactive conversation and play at this age, our Kinder Care program incorporates activities such as reading books, singing, and playing word games. This way, we aim to encourage conversations among children to increase their vocabulary while providing opportunities to develop listening, speaking, and social skills, such as making friends.

Out of School Care: kinder to 12 years old

Our out-of-school program is a rich and engaging programming that encourages the physical and cognitive development of the children (kinder to 12 years old). This program is mostly based on indoor and outdoor play-oriented activities. Ask us for more details!
